This Caveat Emptor is to inform the whole world that the seventy Three plots of land and more known and called Ubulu- Uku Farm land belonging to the Osaji family of Uzo- Ugbo Ashaba Ubulu-Uku, Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta state is not for sale.
This notice is to inform all and sundry and the whole world that any sale of land transaction involving the said property is unacceptable to the family and not due for now. All inquiries or correspondence over the said property should be directed to the family head Godwin Diebele Osaji or the family secretary Anthony Azuka Osaji . Any contrary information to this Caveat Emptor will be released by the family head and leadership of the family in due time through a similar medium of a publication via media platforms if the need arises.
