Emmanuel Amadichukwu, the Accord party House of Representative candidate for PortHarcourt Federal Constituency 11 has unveiled his blue print for people of His constituency
The Accord party candidate in an exclusive chat with Revelation Agents Online News said “He will bring development to his constituency through effective legislation intervention in Education,Health,Employment and Security.
Hon Emmanuel stated that He will sponsor bill that will bring about quality health delivery to the people of his constituency .He revealed that if elected,He will partner with the primary Health centres in his constituency to ensure that even the less privileged can access the Health care system
On the area of employment Hon Emmanuel said “He will sponsor bill that will ensure the companies and establishment in his domain carry out policy of local content to the letter and honour existing memorandum of understanding between them and their host community.The Marine Engineering graduate of Rivers State University revealed that He will meet with the people of his constituency on regular basis to brainstorm on particular skill acquisition programmes that will be suitable for different categories of persons like the disabled persons,widows etc
The Accord party Chieftain said “ I will also partner with security agencies and other relevant stakeholders to ensure safety of lives and property in my constituency”
Hon Emmanuel hinted that His aim to contest was borne out of his desire to improve the welfare and living conditions of people of His constituency
He advised people of his constituency to vote Mr Smart Owen Ichemati the Accord party candidate for House of Assembly PortHarcourt constituency 111 and Rivers people at large to vote the Accord Party Governorship candidate Dumo Lulu Briggs for Governorship position in Rivers state and other Accord party candidates in the 2019 general elections
Hon Emmanuel hinted that a vote for Accord party is a vote for quality standard of living,employment,massive infrastructural development and Human capital development
