Zone 16 Police Community Relations Committe(PCRC) Received N450,000.00 cash fonations from AIG A.A. Hamzat to support a building project.
In statement by spokesperson for zone 16 Police headquarters,SP Gunn Emonena disclosed that the donation was done during the end of year thanks giving event held at zone 16 headquarters Yenagoa.
The chairman of the zonal PCRC, Bishop Moses commended the AIG for his giant strides within the short stay as AIG ZONE 16 which includes zero tolerance for corruption, respect for citizens right, Gender sensitivity.
Mr Moses noted that since the assumption of duty by AIG Hamzat,the repeated complaints from East-West road axis have stopped indicating the AIG is a God fearing man, a man with empathy as few of his kind exist who are open handed in giving.
The AIG advised members of the PCRC to continue to support the Police by giving timely,useful informations and be good ambassador in their activities.
The AIG was accompanied by the zonal Deputy Commissioner, Operations, DCP Evans Shem, Assistant Commissioner, zonal CID, ACP martha and ZPPRO SP Gunn Ewhoborwo Emonena.
