The Police Community Relations Committee(PCRC) Rivers State Command, will on Tuesday,January 28,2025 embark on Peace Walk to appreciate the sacrifice of all the Security Agencies that work tirelessly to ensure there is Peace in the State.
Voke Emore,Chairman of PCRC and Deputy Secretary, Esimvie Osuamkpe in Rivers Rivers State, in a statement said
“This Walk is mainly to create awareness and appreciate the Government of Rivers State, led by our Governor Amaopusenibo Siminialaye Fubara for all his peaceful initiatives that has brought peace to the state and encourage him to continue to do more.
“In Addition, the Walk will highlight the role of Rivers citizens and people who live or do business in Rivers, in maintaining the existing peace in the State”.

The statement added that the PCRC, Rivers State is mobilizing over 60 divisions and 6 Area Commands for this Peace Walk.
