OPERATION PUFF ADDER: In continuation of our onslaught against crime and criminality in the state, the Bauchi State Police Command under the leadership of CP Habu A. Sani, psc has between Sunday 16th June to Thursday 27th June, 2019 arrested eighty six (86) suspects in connection with various criminal offences across the state.
The suspects include Sara-Suka thugs, armed robbery suspects, kidnap suspects, suspected motorcycle thieves, illicit drug pushers, rape suspects and two women who attempted to kill their respective new born babies conceived outside marriage, among others.
Exhibits recovered:
During the operations, the command equally recovered exhibits as follows: One (1) fabricated pistol, two (2) dane guns, one live Ak47 ammunition, three (3) cartridges, one (1) Golf Passat Vehicle, five (5) motorcycles, five (5) phone sets, twenty six (26) matchates, shop breaking instruments, hacksaw, hammer, thirty seven (37) wrappers, three (3) motor vehicle batteries, one hundred and fourty two (142) bottles of codeine syrup and four hundred and ninety (490) assorted illicit drugs.
In the same vein, the Command rescued two (2) newly born babies alive.
