The PortHarcourt Local Government area of Rivers State has warned Companies and business owners in the state to desist from patronizing touts. In a statement released and signed by Bob Abayomi Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman of the Council, Hon. Victor Ihunwo said Emma Wike and Partner are the only revenue agents for the council in 2020.

Emma Wike & Partners are the only revenue collecting agents of the council for the year 2020.
Companies in the city are hereby directed to pay their Tenement rate and Operational permit through Emma Wike & Partners.
The council frowns against cash payments, all payments should be made to portharcourt city council bank account.

It has come to the notice of the council that some company owners are in the habit of patronizing touts,any company that makes any form of payment asides through Emma Wike & Partners does so at her own peril,and will also be prosecuted in line with the bye laws of the council.
