Reports reaching Revelation Agents indicates that the Ahoada Police Area command in Ahoada East,Rivers State,Nigeria has invited a human rights activist Owolo Santos Owolo over defamation of character. The letter of invitation which was cited by our reporter urged the activist to report to the area command on Wednesday 12th February 2020. The letter was signed by woman Sergeant Blessing.
At the meantime Owolo Santos Owolo in an interview with our reporter revealed that the petition was sponsored by a local Government Chairman against him because he demanded for good governance and accountability. The activist disclosed that he will honour the invitation with his lawyer. He stated that no amount of intimidation we stop him from demanding for accountability from elected office holders.
