Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC) Antivandal Team has arrested a notorious cable vandal by name Mohammed Mohammed who was in possession of High Tension Aluminium Electric Cables between Makinta kururi and Ngamdu along Maiduguri-Damaturu Road at the time of his arrest.NSCDC made the disclosure in a post in its official facebook page Today.
