A 47 year old man who have been sleeping with his daugther from when she was 12 year old has insisted that the pregnancy must not be terminated. The man who gave his name as Eromonsele Mahmub who hails from Isakor West Local Government Area in an interview with newsmen at Headquarters of Rivers State Police command, Port Harcourt on Wednesday confessed sleeping with his daugther and impregnating her. The man attribucted his action to spiritual attack. He explained that the spiritual attack overpowers him and makes him to make love to his child .
Mr Mahmub also disclosed that he was married but himself and the wife are no longer together.
The spokesperson of Rivers State Police command, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Nnamdi Omoni told Journalists that the command is investigating the matter and will be arraigned in court at the end of the investigation
A Staff of Ministry of Social Welfare, Kaine Harry told newsmen that the Ministry was alerted by ‘Doctors without borders’ about the incident and the Ministry in turn reported to the Police .
