The Rivers State Police Command, wishes to inform the general public, particularly Retired Police Officers resident in the State, that the 2nd Phase of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) Enrolment Exercise has commenced nationwide.
2. By this Public Notice, all Police Retirees in Rivers State are expected to report at any of the 10 Area Commands nearest to them, for the Exercise, which commences on Monday 15th to Thursday 18th March 2021.
3. Affected Officers are required to come with the following Documents for the Exercise:-
i. Letter of Retirement
ii. Retirees’ Letter of Identification or ID Card.
The Commissioner of Police, CP Eboka Friday hereby enjoins all Retired
Police Officers in the State to take advantage of this 2nd Phase, as same is born out of the magnanimity of the Inspector General of Police, IGP Mohammed Abubakar Adamu NPM mni and his resolve to ensure that no Retired Police Officer irrespective of Rank is left out or denied the Benefits covered by the Police Health Maintenance Organization (Police –HMO) code 073.
Note: that the Exercise is for the Principals and Spouses (Husband and Wife only) especially those that were not captured in the 1st Phase.
