The Rivers State Police command has recovered the dead body of one Mr Onyekachi Onuoha who was tied with a rope in telecommunication mast in Abel Jumbo street, Mile 2 diobu Port Harcourt,Rivers State.
The spokesperson of Rivers State Police command,SP Nnamdi Omoni who confirmed the incident disclosed that the dead body has been evacuated and deposited in the mortuary. He added that one suspect has been arrested while investigation is ongoing.
We gathered that residents woke up in shock this morning to see the deceased tied with rope which made the residents to raise alarm and informed the Police.
There are speculations that the deceased was tied up by vandals who came to steal things from the mast.
