One Ms.Cindy Emmanuel has alleged that one Mr Kalu Ijeoma her elder sister’s husband  who is also an assistant  Pastor in a  Pentecostal church  in Onitsha but resident in Asaba, Delta State defiled her  19 months old female child on Monday night.
The mother of the 19 months old female child,  Cindy Emmanuel in a telephone interview with Journalists said she came back from work on Monday night and observed that her child was  in severe pains.

She asserted that  on close examination she observed that blood was dripping from daugther’s private which was also swollen.
Ms.Cindy Emmanuel revealed  that her daughter informed her  is the sister’s husband that allegedly touched private .
Ms.Cindy explained that she told her elder sister who checked the little girl and also observed her private part was penetrated.
Ms.Cindy explained that when she confronted the Pastor, he ordered she and her child to pack out of his house that night and they went out and stayed  in a neighbour’s house in the compound till Tuesday morning.
The mother of the little child refuted claims by her sister’s husband that he is suspecting a neigbour’s male  child of  seventeen years of been responsible for the  defilement of the little child.
Ms.Cindy revealed that she and the neighbour’s Son went to work the same time and came back together.
Ms.Cindy also alleged that the sister’s husband before now, had  made attempts to defile  her child but she covered up  because he is her sister’s husband.
Meanwhile the Pastor Ijeoma Kalu from Abia State in a telephone interview  denied the allegation.
Mr Kalu told  our reporter that he is innocent of the allegation levelled against him by his wife’s sister.
He said the female child also enters the neigbour’s house who has a seventeen year old Son.
In the meantime,a human rights advocacy group Centre for Basic Rights Protection and Accountability Campaign has called for a thorough investigation into the incident.
A statement issued by Comrade Gladys Oyenmwen,head of children and teens,called on  the Commissioner of Police in Delta State, CP Muhammed Ali to order an unbiased and timely investigation into the incident with a view to ensuring justice to all the parties involved. 
As at press time,the matter has been reported to B-Division of Nigerian Police in Asaba,Delta State.
