……..TWO OTHER OFFICERS TO FACE ORDERLY ROOM TRIAL AT HEADQUARTERS

The Police authority in Rivers state has transferred orderly room trial of one  sergeant Godstaff ,Sergeant Emmanuel and Inspector Akumefule Nicholas of Rumuokoro Police Divisional Headquarters in Port Harcourt, Rivers State ,Nigeria to state Headquarters Revelation Agents Online News has learnt.

Sergeant Godstaff is to face orderly room trial   for allegedly soliciting for sex from one Mary Ejaigbe and the another two officers are to face trial for misconduct and extortion respectively.

This follows a petition by the Civil Rights Council a Human Rights Organizations in Rivers State to the area commander in Choba Area Command in Rivers state concerning the activities of the three officers

In all of this Mr Adi’s phone was discovered by the effort of the first suspect parents and brought to the station so he can free his son from detention.
On receiving the phone Sgt. Godstaff asked Mr Peter Adi to pay #7,000 bail bond to release the phone, #2,000 counter fee and #5,000 naira fuel money before his phone will be released to him.
They even threatened him with detention if he proves stubborn.

The matter was reported to Civil Rights Council (CRC)and a petition was written to the Area commander Choba Command with copies to the Commissioner of police and Rumuokoro police station on Tuesday the 11th of September 2018.

Immediately the Area Commander ordered the DPO to bring the Patrol team and appear before him today Thursday 13th of September by 10am with all parties involved.
He also reordered the arrest of all the suspects who were bailed with #35,000 each.

After the interview with all, the DPO claimed not knowing anything about all that happened.

Sgt. Godstaff was charged with official misconduct, corruption and sexual harassment, Sgt. Emmanuel were charged with official misconduct, Insp. Nicholas Akumefule was also charged with same as above, all of which will face room orderly trials.

The spokesperson of Rivers State Police Command Omoni did not respond to text messages by Revelation Agents Online News on the matter neither did He pick several calls put across to him
