Road users were shocked to see a new born baby dumped at the front of Mile 3 Motor Park at Mile 3 Diobu,Port Harcourt,Rivers state,Nigeria this morning.
The baby was dead and kept in a carton and left there.Revelation Agents gathered that the Police at Nkpolu Divisional Headquarters Mile 3 came later to evacuate the baby.
