Reports reaching Revelation Agents news desk suggests that cult war is brewing in Rumukalagbor/waterlines of PortHarcourt as gunmen suspected to be Iceland cult members shot dead one ‘Frege’ at Rumulagbor,PortHarcourt LGA on Wednesday November 22,2023 at about 8:30pm.
Intelligence sources disclosed that the deceased victim, ‘Frege’ is suspected to be a member of Vikings cult group in his University days and said to be retired at present .
We learnt that the clash may not be unconnected to control of ‘matching ground’ fees from some business owners and establishment in the area which has led to territorial control battle between the two groups.
Our source opined that if security agencies in particular the Police do not tighten security in the area, it will lead to serious breakdown of law and order due to reprisals and counter reprisals from the two suspected cult groups that may spread to other parts of PortHarcourt.
The spokesperson for the Rivers State Police Command,SP Grace Iringe confirmed the incident adding that investigation is ongoing .
