The Presiding Pastor of Salvation Ministries worldwide,David Ibiyeomie has disclosed that being bornagain does not mean one will be financially successful.
He made the disclosure on Sunday 8th September,2024 at the church headquarters in Port Harcourt while giving his Sermon on the topic :”Reigning With The Word Of God” with bible reference drawn from Revelation Chapter 5 Verses 9 -10.
He also cited bible book of Mathew Chapter 16 verses19
“I have given you keys of kingdom of heaven..”.
The Preacher asserted that you must be bornagain,in addition to being bornagain you must seek knowledge to overcome challenges of life
According to Pastor Ibiyeomie many people do not overcome the challenges of life because they have not located the key to open the doors.
The Presiding Pastor of Salvation Ministries Worldwide said “every challenge of life has an answer. It has a key to it.To reign with the word,go for Knowledge. The key is knowledge.Knowledge puts command over challenges of life.Isaiah 11 vs 9.
“When you are filled with the knowledge of God,you cannot be hurt or molested. The root of everyman’s challenge is ignorance. The secret of triumph is knowledge. There is no substitute knowledge.
“Knowledge Brought me Out of Poverty.2peter 1 vs 3.With Knowledge You can escape all the woes in this world. The deeper you launch into the word, the higher you gain control over affairs of life.
“People do not like knowledge. We live in a society where people do not like knowledge. They want everything fast, fast. For me to prepare one message my tables will be filled with books.
“Understand that You have equal access. There is no disadvantaged child of God.
“There is different between School and Life. The reason they are pushing You around in your office is that you dont know much. You are not succeeding because You dont know what it takes to succeed in hardship.
“You are born again does not mean you will succeed financially.Take charge with the word of God.Psalm 119 vs 30.Moving from Church to Church is not the answer. There is answer to every problem in the word of God”.
The Clergy Man also encouraged the congregants to invest in buying of books, paying of tithe and giving to the less privileged to conquer poverty.
