I formerly Known, called,addressed and referred to EJIMA IJEOMA now wish to be called EJIMA OTAVIE.The change of name was necessitated out of personal decision. All documents bearing my former names remain valid.
All relevant authorities especially Ecobank and the general public should take note of the change of name from EJIMA IJEOMA to EJIMA OTAVIE
