The Commissioner of Police in Rivers State,Nigeria CP Eboka Friday,has ordered for a manhunt for the kidnappers of the Okirika Local Government Chairman, Philemon Kingoli.
The spokesperson for the Rivers State Police command, SP Nnamdi Omoni made the disclosure while fielding questions on Rythm 93.7FM 6pm news on Thursday evening.
SP Omoni confirmed also confirmed that the Council Boss was kidnapped along Peter Odili road .
