We learnt that gunmen suspected to be cultists opened fire on group of boys who were standing opposite a popular brothel along Azikiwe Street Mile 2 Diobu at about
9.30pm yesterday night.
Our source said the victim was
rushed to Azikiwe Divisional Police
headquarters at Illabouchi to obt
ain Police report before proceeding
to a popular hospital in D-line.
Revelation Agents Online News reporter saw Police men from Azikiwe Divisional Police
headquarters Mile 2 Diobu around
the brothel this afternoon but could
not immediately ascertain their
mission.
The spokesperson of Rivers State Police command Nnamdi Omoni did not respond to text messages
sent to him as at press time.
It will be recalled that the Rivers
State Police command had through
the Spokesperson promised to
tackle rising cases of cult activities
in diobu which claimed not fewer
than six lives in recent times.
