Sir Asuquo Inuikim Obon, KJW has said that no stage of human growth comes without responsibilities.
He says, “a man at infant is free and innocent from every obligation and burden for accountability.”
Dr Inuikim made the averment Thursday while chatting with newsmen in Lagos, after his conferment as Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM), Chattered.
He maintained that when children begin the growth process, they gradually become duty bound to fulfill certain obligations.
“It all starts with little errands at home. The parents would engage them in doing little things like sweeping or mopping the floor, washing the dishes and other house chores.
“As they grow and start going to schools, their responsibilities increase from those at home to others in school, church and the rest”, he further stated.
Engr Inuikim pointed out that every stage of man’s existence, must attract some level of commitment and service, without which such growths would be meaningless.
