Senator Shehu Sani who was representing Kaduna central in the national assembly in Nigeria has commended the compliance of Department of State Service (DSS) on court ruling asking the DSS to release the leader of Islamic Movement of Nigeria, Ibrahim Elzakaky to be given leave for medical treatment in India.
Shehu Sani explained respect for the rule of law is the way to go in order to preserve democracy.
The Senator made the commendation in his verified twitter handle this evening August 5,2019.
The DSS had in a statement by its spokesperson Peter Afunanya revealed that the secret service will comply to the order.
