Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt clears the coast for Rivers State Neighborhood Safety Corps Agency to operates without bearing arms. Justice Henry Oshomah who delivered the judgement today says the agency can now operates after he granted five of the seven reliefs sought by leadership of the agency. The agency had dragged the Nigerian Army to court after the federal government agency allegedly disrupted the screening and training exercise of the safety corps on the 29 of November last year at NYSC camp in Tai.
