The Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) has appointed an administrative Secretary in Delta state branch of the commission.
A statement released by the National Commissioner and Chairman Information and Voter Education Festus Okoye this evening, revealed that INEC at its weekly regular meeting held Today,approved appointment of Mrs Rose Orianran Anthony as Secretary to the commission for a four years term with effect from Decenber 6,2018.
The statement read that She is from Edo state,holds Bachelor of Arts in language arts from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria,Masters in Public communication and Public Relations from University of Westminster Londin,United Kingdom.
The statement revealed that in 28 years of her service,she has served in various capacity including public Affairs Managers,INEC website content Manager etc
