More facts have emerged on how notorious Kidnapper Ekwueme Brown alias Lucifer was killed by the Police on Monday September 30, 2019.
Security sources informed Revelation Agents that Ekwueme who is believed to be the leader of Deygam cult group in Emohua local Government was trailed to Agbia town in Yenagoa in Bayelsa state following discrete investigation by the Rivers State Police command.
The source who pleaded for anonymity revealed that on getting to the village, Ekwueme Brown was not around .A seven years old boy, a son to his cousin whom he is living with informed the Police that Ekwueme and his father went to the river to fish.
The source stated that the seven Years old child led the security personnel to the place close to their house.
On sighting the security personnel ‘Lucifer’ took to his heels and the security operatives gave him a hot chase and opened fire on him leading to his death.
Apart from the chaplet oh his neck and military camouflage, caps and T-shirts of a party political party he alleged to have worked for during 2019 general elections were found in the apartment he resides.
Ekwueme is said to be the brain behind the arson attack on the house of Chief Sampson Agbaru Former Secretary to Rivers State Government and other prominent indigenes of Ndele community.
He was nicknamed Lucifer because he had on pity on his prey .He is in his mid forty and have two wives.
The Rivers State Police command had on Monday night in a press statement through its spokesperson DSP Nnamdi Omoni announced the killing of the suspect. He is blamed for series of kidnapping and armed robbery in Ndele-Rumuji-Evekwu axis of Emohua portion of the East West road.
