Reports reaching Revelation Agents indicate that more witness are to testify against Sergeant Rose of Eagle Crack Police Unit located in Mile 1 Diobu,PortHarcourt,Rivers State, Nigeria on Friday February 21,2020 in a petition written to Commissioner of Police,Rivers state CP Dandaura Mustapha by an electric spare parts dealer,Jude Ogbonna.
We learned that Jude Ogbonna who claimed in the petition that he was stripped naked by Sergeant Rose when he was arrested last year due to a debt he was owing a Pastor,was interviewed on Monday February 17,2020 by Deputy Commissioner of Police(DCP) in charge of State Criminal Investigation Department(SCID) who is investigating the matter. One of the witness brought by Mr. Ogbonna also testified in the presence of DCP incharge of SCID how Sergeant Rose reportedly stripped the business man naked. We gathered that Sergent Rose and Pastor Nwankwo who borrowed money to Mr. Ogbonna were also interviewed by the DCP.
Source privy to what transpired in the office of the DCP SCID revealed that the DCP SCID expressed shock that the Female officer turned her self to a debt recovery agent.
Our source disclosed that two other witness of Mr. Ogbonna will be coming to SCID in the office of DCP incharge of the department to give more insight on what transpired that fateful day.
When contacted by our reporter,Mr Ogbonna confirmed that he will be taking more witness to SCID on Friday to testify before the DCP.
Sergeant Rose is the female officer accused by one of the victims of torture by officers of Eagle Crack Unit of fondling and clutching late Chima Ikwunado manhood who died in detention facility of Eagle Crack Unit.
Investigation shows that many court has held that the Police has no right to recover debt .
