The acting secretary of Community Development Committee (CDC) in Obelle town in Emohua local Government area of Rivers State, Nigeria John Iheanyi Wosu has accused the men of Nigeria Army camped in Ibaa town in Emohua local Government area  of River state of  indiscriminately shooting at innocent people at a football viewing centre in Obelle yesterday night June 22,2019 which resulted to the death of an innocent boy one Junior Ovundah

In a Telephone chat with Revelation Agents online News, Mr Wosu accused the Nigeria Army of carrying out activities that is aimed at truncating the peace accord signed by cultists, kidnappers and other criminal elements in the community 2 weeks ago

Mr Wosu alleged that the Army is working with the CDC chairman who wants the repentant cultists killed but Himself and other executives of the CDC is against the moves by the chairman since the boys have signed peace accord in the presences of the Local Government Chairman Tom Aliezi and other security agencies

He accused the army of burning down the house of a repentant cultist at Omuiroyo clan in Obelle last week without provocation

Mr Wosu noted that the activities of the Nigerian Army if not checked may truncate the peace accord signed by the cultists

The CDC chairman,Anele Emmanuel Israel denied the allegation that He is working with the Soldiers to truncate peace in the community.He told Revelation Agents that He has been using his resources and time doing all He can to ensure lasting peace in the community.

He also stated that John Iheanyi Wosu is not the acting Secretary but the Treasurer .He said John Iheanyi Wosu have not been attending meeting to enable him know the efforts He(CDC Chairman) is making to ensure lasting peace in the community.

He said “from information available to me,the deceased victim John Ovundah is not a cultists, I have asked his people not to burial him yet,I have also reported the matter to the Police”.

A native of Obelle who pleaded for anonymity told Revelation Agents that some repentant cultists who hail from Ibaa were chased when they came to Obelle by other repentant cultists in Obelle, so the Ibaa boys went to report to the Soldiers in Ibaa and the Army invited the leader of the repentant cultists in Obelle He refused to come

According to the native,that prompted the Army to go to a repentant cultist house in Omuiro clan in Obelle where 4AK 47 riffles were recovered

He denied the insinuation that the CDC Chairman is the one who brought the Army because He want the boys dead

The elder brother to the deceased victim, Francis Ovundah confirmed the death of his brother Junior Ovundah to Revelation Agents on Telephone

Meanwhile a cousin to deceased Junior Ovundah, Miss Lyllian Woroma Orlu took to her face book page this Sunday afternoon, June 23,2019 calling on Nigeria Army to stop killing Innocent Youths in obelle town

She said “Months ago Nigeria Army went to a burial and started shooting thereby killing one of my cousin sister Mary, yesterday again they went to where people were watching football and opened fire and they succeeded again in killing my Cousin brother Junior”

She said “am using this medium to call on the Nigeria Army to stop killing innocent youths, they know where the boys they are looking for, which is inside in bush and hunt for them”

Spokesperson of 6 Division Nigeria Army, Colonel Aminu Illayasu,who is also  Deputy Director Army Public Relations is yet to respond to text messages sent to him on the incident by Revelation Agents

Investigation by Revelation Agents showed that the deceased victim is neither a “repentant cultist “nor a cultist.
