Guests and worshippers that graced the wedding reception of a newly wedded couple on Saturday at Assemblies of God Church located at 92 Ojoto Street Mile 3 Diobu Port Harcourt were thrown into confusion as a substance suspected to be “juju” was uncovered in one of the gift items presented to the couple,Revelation Agents has learned. Members of the church told our reporter that the Ministers insisted on opening each gift item presented to the husband and wife after which prayers will be offered before the couple can take the items to their house.
The worshippers disclosed that in one of the Coolers given as gift item some substance which portray signature of “juju” was contained in the Cooler . The reception briefly came to a halt as Pastors and Ministers offered serous prayers before keeping the gift item on the altar.
Our correspondent reports that the gift item which contains the suspected “juju” was kept at the altar and is still at the altar as at time of filing this report.
The union between the couple was the only wedding which took place at the church today.
Unconfirmed reports say the church has identified the giver of the gift who is said to be one of the guest the couple invited to grace the occasion.
