The Rivers State Police command says it has evacuated the corpse of final year law student of Rivers State University(RSU) whose corpse was discovered this morning along the entrance to the school main gate.
The spokesperson of the command, DSP Nnamdi Omoni in an interview with Revelation Agents explained that Police has unraveled the identity of the victim and the parents has also come forward to identify her.
He appealed to residents of the area to give useful information to the Police that could lead to arrest of the culprits.
The Police spokesperson also revealed that the Commissioner of Police, CP Dandaura Mustapha has ordered an investigation into the incident.
The corpse of the victim identified as Otonyo Maltida was seen at the road leading to the entrance of the school main gate Today. The circumstances surrounding her death is still a mystery.
