The West African Examination Council(WAEC),Nigeria custody fee would apply for private candidates whose certificate have stayed more than four years in WAEC office. The Examination body made this revelation in it’s verified twitter handle today 3 December 2019 while listing requirement for collection of certificates by private candidates.
WAEC had listed one passport,photo card,computer print out,3,550.00 cash(payable to WAEC).
