They hire and engage hoodlums, reward cultist (killer bandits) with Bullet-Proof SUV(with factory fitted facilities functioning at full scale) with some security personnel armed to the teeth attacked to them, Jumbo contracts, Take-Home packages, monthly payroll and Juicy Appointments and given to them, while Party faithfuls and Law abide Rivers Indigenes swim in Lack and wants, under the spell of poverty and penury metamorphosing into an army of pauperism.
People are on daily basis beheaded or slaughtered into some specialized parts.
