We learnt that the children were playing in front of the compound on that fateful day when an unknown man came to them and ask them to take 200 naira to buy something for him .We gathered that the other children ran away while Emmanuel harkened to the man’s request .Our source revealed that before the other children came back with the parents of Emmanuel, after alerting them,the unknown man has vanished with the child
We also gathered that the matter has been reported to Azikiwe Divisional Police Headquarters,Illabouchi,Mile 2,Diobu,Port Harcourt
