1. Blue plate number: The plate number that is lettered in BLUE indicates a private owned vehicle.
2. Red plate number: the RED lettered plate number indicates that the vehicle is used for commercial purpose.
3. Green plate number: the GREEN lettered plate number shows that the vehicle is government owned and is used by government officials.
4. Black plate number: the BLACK lettered plate numbers are for members of the Armed Forces, that is, the Police, Military and Paramilitary.
