A widow, Onyenyechi Hector Odunze and mother of two has accused her late husband’s elder sister, Prophetess Ngozi Odunze and some members of the late husband’s family of chasing her out of her home with two children and sharing her late husband’s property.
The widow in an interview with our reporter accused Prophetess Ngozi Odunze,the elder sister of her late husband of forcefully taking her husband’s property located at Agip Estate, PortHarcourt and converting it to her church while still sharing other property among members of the familyThe widow said the concoted stories by Prophetess Ngozi Odunze and some members of her late husband that she was a concubine to Mr Hector Odunze and that her late husband was married to a white woman is totally false as no woman whether in Nigeria or Overseers has called her or confronted her that the person is her late husband’s wife.
The widow lamented the untold hardship she is going through with her children as a result of the development and called on the public to come to her aide.
When Journalists contacted Prophetess Ngozi Odunze, she told our reporter to take a letter written to the widow as her and her family’s response on the matter.
In a letter cited by our reporter dated 27 June 2022, written by a Lawyer Lynus Ezeala Esq, on behalf of Odunze Ogbonnaya family and addressed to the widow, stated that the widow was just a concubine to late Hector Odunze but she had a casual relationship with late Hector Odunze which produced two children while adding that the only recognised wife of their late brother is one Mrs Yuki Odunze in Japan.
Meanwhile Rev.Father Christian Azubike, former parish priest of Sacred Heart Parish,Amaigbo of Catholic Diocese Orlu,Imo State in a telephone chat with our reporter confirmed that he wedded Mrs Onyenyechi and her late husband Hector Odunze.Our reporter also cited wedding pictures of the woman and her late husband as well as the wedding certificate.
