The Zone 16 Police Command on Saturday 7th December,2024 paraded three suspects who allegedly specialize in organ harvesting, ritual killing, illicit hard drugs, and fraudulent activities.
You would recall that the 9th Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Zone 16 Police Command AIG Adebola.A. Hamzat on assumption of office assured the citizens of the zone of his zero tolerance for corruption and would ensure all officers and men of the zone are up and doing in the fight against crime, and protect the lives and properties of the citizens; to which he demonstrates in his unweaving commitment to upholding the rule of law as we parade these suspects.
SP Gunn Emonena,spokesperson for the zone in a statement made available to revelationagents.com said the Zonal Financial & Cyber crime unit led by SP Sentome Obi and team, based on credible intelligence, stormed Rumukparali Community in Obio/Akpo LGA of Rivers State, arrested three suspects whose namely :Mr Billion Ndubuisi 28years,
Mr Charles Amachree,Mr Martins chinemike 21years who specializes in organ harvesting, ritual killing, illicit hard drugs, and fraudulent activities.
SP Emonena said in the course of conscientious investigation, suspects confessed to have impersonated Ryam Bill, a US based luminary and defrauded one St. Andrea and Charlen Zielinsky to the tune of 71,500 Dollars ( $71,500)
The Zone 16 Police Command Image Maker disclosed that during the execution of a search in their premises, the following items were recovered from them;
* Canadian loud
* Ghana loud
* Wraps of illicit hard drug suspected to be cannabis
* 2 laptops
* 3 Android phone
* 2 Samsung phone
* 5 iphones
* One white M/Benz Jeep with Reg no. ABM418FA
* One lexus IS 250 car with Reg. no. LSD383HP
“The suspects, through their agent, offered the sum of 17,000 Dollars ($17,000) bribe, which was rejected by our well trained reformed officers. The money is registered and will be tendered as exhibits in court.
“The AIG Zone 16 command AIG AA Hamzat
has reiterated his personnels’ dedication to protecting the lives and property of citizens within his jurisdiction and the country at large” SP Emonena said.
He noted that Nigeria Police Force, under the astute leadership of the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun has reasserted his dedication towards ensuring the safety and security of all citizens.
